How
does the private label bottled water
program work?
Based upon your needs- volume, delivery
structure, and artwork, we will configure
the most cost-effective method to accomplish
your goals. We’ll take some information
from you by phone, email, or in person.
For clients who will be placing ongoing
or several orders, we recommend printing
a quantity of at least 5,000 labels.
Your labels will be placed in cool storage
at one of our bottling facilities. When
we receive your order, we’ll only
use a quantity of your labels necessary
to produce your water. As you near the
end of your label supply, we’ll
contact you about any changes or updates
you may wish to include on the next
print batch. Printing more labels and
shipping higher case lots per pallet
all contribute to a lower per-bottle
cost over the course of usage. Our goal
is to monitor your ordering patterns
and advise you, the client, of any available
savings. |

What
is the cost of my custom label bottled
water project? How do I place an order?
Every order is
different. Price will vary according
to case volume ordered as well as number
of colors, print process, and quantity
of custom labels printed for your bottles.
Mode of delivery service is a factor
in cost as well. Your Paradise Representative
will ask you about your specific requirements,
and create a quote. You may phone us

Why
is the price of my private label water
higher than trays of generic or national
brand name water obtained from the grocer,
warehouse stores, or cooler distributors?
Unlike mass-produced and warehoused
generic labeled water, your water is
bottled fresh at the time you place
an order, in small quantities by industry
standards. The handling of such bottling
is specialized. Larger companies with
cheaper case prices are unable and unwilling
to fill such orders or assist with your
private labeling needs. Your water is
considered a unique and specialized
custom product, tailored in every way
to your marketing, business, and delivery
needs. Your bottles promote
YOU! They advertise what you
are doing with maximum impact and exposure
at relatively minimal cost! A noticeably
refreshing liquid business card! You
don’t achieve this with “someone
else’s” label! |

What
is the minimum order?
The minimum order for initial production
is one case or 24 bottles. Paradise
Private Label can fill order requests
in any size case lots, from one to truckloads.
No order is too small or large! |

What
about delivery minimums? (ongoing usage
clients)
Local order minimums are 20 cases. Short
on space? We’ll bring 10 to your
office, and store 10 in our air-conditioned
warehouse until you’re ready to
receive it. Since custom products take
longer to produce than simply delivering
something “off-the-shelf”
it’s a good idea to take advantage
of our free storage and order your cases
by the full pallet- especially when
your volume needs are erratic or heavy.
When you call us, your water is ready
to go! |

What
is the lead-time for orders?
You will receive your initial case order
in approximately two weeks after approval
of artwork and payment for your custom
label. Please advise if you have any
deadline requirements so we can work
with you if possible to accomplish faster
delivery. Factors that affect lead-time
are unreturned or delayed returned phone
calls, emails, or faxes from our staff
vital to authorize production. The number
of changes you request to your label
proof will also affect lead-time for
first orders as will delivery restrictions
you may have. Thereafter, water will
be delivered in about 7 to 10 business
days from the following day that the
order is placed. All incoming orders
are logged in by date, time, name of
the caller, and purchase order number
if applicable. Again, if there is any
way we can assist in expediting your
shipment, we are glad to help make your
timeline a success! |

What
types of water are available?
Paradise Private Label uses purified
water and spring water drawn from select
Florida springs. We are first in the
United States to offer naturally sparkling
pure spring water, imported from Romania.
This exclusive and delicious water is
available to our clients under its brand
label or your special private label.
(Minimum orders and additional lead-time
required.) |

What
is the shelf life of my custom label
bottled water?
All cartons and bottles are date-stamped
upon production. The water should be
consumed within two years. |

What
kinds of caps are available?
Available caps include standard white
flat twist, black flat twist, and white
high-flow push/pull covered sport cap.
All caps have twist-off safety seal
rings at the base. |

How
is my product packaged?
Your bottles are shipped in corrugated
boxes or tray packaging covered with
shrink-wrap. Aqua Vital is shrink wrapped
in euro packaging containing 8 bottles
each. For example, 3 of these wrapped
Aqua Vital units equal one case, for
the .5 liter size. We have found these
to be the optimum packaging method to
protect your product from damage during
shipping, storage, and delivery. Pallets
are shrink-wrapped providing easy storage
and mobility. |

What
can I place on my label?
Anything you wish!
Your labels are printed on a 6-color
capable press to your exact specifications.
Some companies offer only a small area
for your logo and phone number on their
set label template aside from their
information and an unnecessary “nutrition
info box.” We offer you the opportunity
to create a label with as much color
and information about YOU as can possibly
be incorporated. The custom label panel
is all yours! The only requirements
(by law) is listing in small print the
packer, manufacturer or distributor
name, city, and contact (our) information. |

I
want a photo on my label or a 4-color
process label.
Process printing is the bulk of our
business and no problem! We specialize
in high quality reproduction and have
a portfolio of beautifully done artwork
and labels. |

What
kinds of paper or stock are available?
Readily available mediums are white
semi-gloss that we can flood coat in
some cases to achieve a color or effect,
silver and gold foil, (at no extra charge)
and clear poly. |

How
do I give you my ideas?
You may submit finished label artwork
or we can create your label for you!
High-resolution digital artwork, photos,
or logos are required in certain file
formats. Our staff will obtain exactly
what we need from your contact person
or firm for other printing or artwork
you may have done. We’ll make
the phone calls and track down the files
needed! You may jot down and fax, email,
or we’ll pick up the rest of your
copy ideas from you. This includes marketing,
contact, and other information for your
event, wedding, party, or business. |

What
are the submission guidelines for artwork,
logos, or photos?

How
will I receive a proof?
A PDF (Adobe Acrobat) or jpeg file will
be emailed to you. We can also mail
an output on regular paper. Kodak or
other special proof requests are available
at an additional fee. You must provide
a dated signature on a hard copy before
we can go to press. |

What
about reorders?
Your label artwork will be kept on file.
When reordering with no changes, there
are no setup and plate fees that may
have been included in your initial order.
If you do need to make a change, we
replace only the plate(s) necessary
in an effort to save you money. |

Will
my private labels hold up in ice, water,
and refrigeration?
Yes. Custom labels are made with pressure-sensitive,
permanent adhesive. The high-gloss UV
coating allows the bottles to be submersible
without effect to colors or message. |

I

What
are my start-up fees?
Initial fees include artwork for proof,
pre-press work and printing, based on
the complexity of your label and the
amount printed. Labels range from one
to six spot colors or pms colors. Four-
color process printing is available
with up to 2 additional spot colors.
Your first order of water is not invoiced
until delivery. This payment policy
for water may not apply to customers
outside our local business area. |

What
about “rush” fees?
In very few cases over the years we’ve
been in business have we passed on rush
fees of 20% or more where the lead-time
was extremely curtailed. Paradise Private
Label takes pride in making every effort
to meet your deadlines and special needs,
simply as part of our outstanding customer
service. |

What
payment terms and methods are available?
Payment for labels is due upon proof
approval prior to printing. Production
will begin when payment in full is received.
Accepted forms of remittance are check,
cash, cashier’s check or money
order. Credit card or other payments
accepted through “Pay Pal”
are subject to a 4% service charge.
Shipments of water are invoiced C.O.D.
or 14 days. |

Returns:
There are no returns on custom products.
Credits are extended only for damage
or defect per item. |

What
are the dimensions of a full pallet?
The dimensions of the wooden pallet
are 48” by 40” with an approximate
weight itself of 50 pounds. A full pallet
of cases can be 36” to 60+”
high, with a maximum total weight of
about 2200 pounds. |

How
will my order arrive?
Your custom label bottled water order
will arrive via our Paradise Private
Label local truck or drop-shipped
by common carrier. We are happy to
make all the shipping arrangements
for you. Your private label product
account pricing will be set up to
include one-time handling of the product
to your chosen destination. Small
orders may be shipped UPS or the U.S.
Postal Service.
In order to make your order as pleasant
and economical as possible, we offer
several shipping options. Please keep
in mind that water is heavy. Very
rarely do UPS™ or FedEx™
provide the lease expensive alternative
in delivering your private label water.
We have found that common carriers
(LTL Freight) offer the least expensive
delivery methods.
In talking to your Paradise representative,
please make them aware of any unusual
shipping requirements. Residential
deliveries, inside deliveries, trade
show freight, excessive wait times
or the absence of a dock high unloading
facility will all affect the cost
of freight and potentially limit our
choice of carriers.
In addition, please allow ample time
in placing your order. While Paradise
Private Label endeavors to ship product
in as soon as possible from receipt
of approved artwork, it may take additional
days that need to be factored into
your lead-time for your water to arrive.
By addressing these issues before
you place your order, we hope to make
the fulfillment process as easy as
possible. |
